5 Year Warranty
We provide a 5-year warranty on all complete servers and workstations. The warranty covers errors and defects that occur during the warranty period of the system, which have not occurred due to incorrect or careless treatment. Batteries have a 2-year warranty. The manufacturer's warranty applies to Desktop and Cloud Storage media.
Free Support
Support via email and phone support is free throughout the life of the machine. Support and qualified advice are provided by our own certified technicians.
Pricing
All prices are quoted exclusive of value added tax. Prices are subject to change without notice as a result of changes in our suppliers' prices or changes in exchange rates. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing on our website. Prices cannot be changed after the order has been manually confirmed by our seller. Freight and freight insurance come at an additional cost.
Payment
Credit is granted to companies after a credit rating. For public companies and corporate customers, we offer leasing. Please reach out to us for leasing prices.
Shipment
Items in stock will be shipped the same day when ordering before 4 pm (CET). We deliver in Norway with Bring and Schenker. In Oslo and the surrounding area, we send by courier. We ship worldwide with UPS, with next day delivery to most places in Europe and two days to the rest of the world. If urgent, it can be sent by express courier services on the hour or by Jetpak for same day / evening delivery by air.
Liability
Compensation for product failures is limited to the purchase price. In addition, Nextron AS cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by the customer due to delayed delivery, product failure, loss of data or damaged goods.
